About these timestamp formats
All 33 formats here are UTC-based - there's no timezone conversion, only format conversion. Several (SQL Date, ISO Week Date, Ordinal Date, US/European Date) only store a date, not a time of day, so converting into them loses the time-of-day component (converting a precise instant to one and back will land on midnight of that date, which is expected, not a bug). Syslog and Swatch Internet Time go further and have no date at all - converting back assumes today's date. Formats like Excel Serial Date, .NET Ticks, Windows FILETIME, and Julian Date exist because that's literally how those systems store dates internally - useful when you're debugging data that came from one of them. Stardate is included for fun - it's a fan approximation, not a real historical or scientific format like the others.
